How It Works

From choosing your service to receiving your completed documents, we make the process simple and straightforward. Our experienced solicitors handle the drafting, with the option of a fully managed court submission service.

  1. Step 1: Tell Us About Your Agreement

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a secure online questionnaire to provide details of your financial circumstances and the agreement you’ve reached.

  2. Step 2: We Prepare Your Documents

An experienced SRA-regulated solicitor drafts your bespoke Consent Order, fully completed D81 Statement of Information, Form A and, where required, Pension Sharing Annex.

  3. Step 3: Review, Sign and Submit

Once both parties have reviewed and signed the documents, you can submit them to the court yourself or choose our optional Fully Managed Service to submit and manage your application through the court process on your behalf.
